Who operates FieldPulse
FieldPulse is operated by Renusoft LLP. For privacy questions or a request concerning your data, contact info@renusoftllp.com. Your employer or organization administers its FieldPulse workspace and determines which work records its authorized staff can access.
Information used by the service
FieldPulse uses registered mobile numbers, names, roles, reporting relationships and territory information to manage accounts and access. Work records may include planned and completed visits, customers, pitch notes, leads, follow-ups, targets, expenses, receipts and visit evidence. When an enabled visit policy requires it, an FR records a visitor’s name, mobile number, consent and permitted proof. Visitor mobile numbers may be checked for duplicate completed visits in the same organization.
FieldPulse currently operates as a testing service. Testing workspaces use demonstration data and preview OTPs. Do not submit Aadhaar documents or other sensitive identity records to a testing workspace. An unavailable verification method does not establish identity or qualify as verified proof.
Location and device permissions
An FR’s device location is collected only with tracking consent during an active work interval. It supports visit check-in, mobility history and work-time reports. Pausing or ending work, turning tracking off, or withdrawing consent stops further collection under that setting. Device permission alone does not start a work session. While a work session is on, the Android app collects location in the background too, that is when the app is closed or not in use, so that the route keeps recording; the app shows a persistent "FieldPulse work tracking" notification while it does. This needs Android’s "Allow all the time" location permission, which the app explains before asking; with "While using the app" the route records only while FieldPulse is open. Phone settings and battery restrictions can interrupt updates. Authorized heads can view permitted FR work locations and history.
Camera and photo access support optional visit proof and receipts. Device biometrics unlock the app on the device; FieldPulse does not receive a fingerprint or face template. Phone alerts are optional and use device notification registration information.
WhatsApp messages
With your message consent, FieldPulse can send enabled work alerts and scheduled reports to your registered WhatsApp mobile number. Reports follow the organization’s selected metrics, schedule and the recipient’s permitted reporting scope. Workflow alerts concern assignments, targets, follow-ups, expenses and opportunity changes. WhatsApp summaries do not include visitor identity evidence or precise GPS coordinates.
Meta processes the destination number, message content and delivery information needed to provide WhatsApp. You can change report and workflow consent in FieldPulse’s WhatsApp preferences. Opting out stops future dispatch; a request already accepted by WhatsApp may still arrive. Authentication through WhatsApp is available only when that channel and its Authentication templates are enabled.
Access and service providers
Authorized users can access records within their organization and role permissions. Renusoft uses Hostinger to host the service and Meta to provide enabled WhatsApp messaging. Enabled phone alerts use Firebase. Provider credentials stay on the server. An account or message permission does not grant another organization access to your workspace.
Retention, correction and deletion requests
An organization’s Super Admin can configure retention for raw GPS, visit and receipt media, and audit entries. Cleanup must be enabled before those policies run; there is no universal automatic deletion date while cleanup is off. Work and visit records, phone uniqueness reservations and backups can have separate retention needs.
To delete your account and personal data, open More → Delete my account & data in the app or follow fieldpulse.renusoft.in/delete-account.html; confirmed requests are completed within 30 days. To correct account information or request access or a review of retention, contact your organization’s administrator or info@renusoftllp.com. Identify your organization and registered mobile number; do not email passwords, OTPs or identity documents. Renusoft will verify the requester and review the applicable records with the workspace administrator. Necessary operational records may be retained when deletion would conflict with a required obligation.
Changes
Renusoft may update this notice when the service’s data handling changes. The notice will show its effective date. Questions can be sent to info@renusoftllp.com.
